Order Cancellation Policy
We know sometimes plans change. This page explains how cancellations work for Square Bidness Apparel orders, including timing, limitations, and how to reach us.
1. Before your order is processed
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. In many cases we begin processing within a short window once payment is confirmed.
- Fastest way: reply to your order confirmation email.

- Include your full name, order number, and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.
2. When a cancellation may not be possible
Once an order is packed, handed to the carrier, or in production (for preorders and limited drops), cancellation may no longer be possible. At that point, our Returns & Exchanges policy will apply instead.
3. Preorders & limited runs
For preorders and limited drops (like VSOP and special collections), each unit is reserved for you. We may be unable to cancel once the preorder window closes or production has started, because those pieces are made and allocated based on commitments.
If you’re unsure, reach out and we’ll walk through your options based on where your order is in the process.
4. How refunds are handled when a cancellation is approved
If we’re able to cancel in time, your original payment method will be refunded.
- Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
- We’ll email you a confirmation once your cancellation and refund have been processed on our side.
