Returns & Exchanges
We build every piece with intention. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below.
Return window & basic requirements
Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition.
- All original tags and packaging should be included where applicable.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.
Size exchanges
If you need a different size and we have inventory, we’ll work with you on an exchange.

- Let us know the size you received and the size you’re requesting.
- We’ll confirm availability and next steps (including any shipping costs).
Preorders & limited drops
Preorder and limited-run pieces (like VSOP and certain Winter Games items) are made and allocated based on commitments.
- In many cases, preorders are final sale once production begins.
- If there’s a defect or issue with workmanship, reach out and we’ll address it.
- Any preorder-specific rules on the product page override the general policy here.
How to start a return or exchange
To start a return or exchange, contact us:

- Include your name, order number, and a short note about the issue.
- Photos help us move faster for defects or damage.
Once approved, we’ll share instructions for shipping your item back and what to expect next.
Refund timing
When a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method.
- Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 business days).
- We’ll email you once your return has been processed on our side.
