Shipping Policy
This page explains how orders move from our hands to yours — including processing times, carriers, tracking, and how preorders ship.
1. Processing time
For in-stock items, please allow a short processing window for us to verify your order, pull inventory, and prepare shipment.
- Typical processing: 2–5 business days for in-stock pieces.
- During peak drops or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping methods & carriers
We use common carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services depending on destination, package size, and service level chosen at checkout.
Available options and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout before you pay.
3. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details where available. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier; we see the same updates you do.
4. Preorders & made-to-order drops
For preorder and limited drops, the shipping timeline may be different than standard in-stock items. Estimated ship dates will be called out directly on the product page.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, they may ship together or in separate shipments depending on how the drop is structured.
5. Address issues & returned packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you about reship options. Additional shipping charges may apply.
